What exactly is Need Ecommerce?
Need Ecommerce is a venture by Navigators Software Pvt Ltd to offer high quality, economic e-commerce solutions to clients worldwide. You can set up your own e-business through Need Ecommerce in a matter of a few minutes.
Our packages include everything you need to make your own Magento store look exactly like the one in the demo store (except any eventual addons on the demo page). All our offerings include the Magento Admin Panel where you can adjust everything from color settings to customize product tabs menu and give your online store your personalized branding!
My store is in another language than English. Will that work?
Yes! All our templates use the translations from Magento in all its displayed texts, so whatever translation you install in your Magento-installation that will be used in the template as well. The translation is saved in the app/locale-folder, which is not part of the template. We also provide the layered PSD with the special buttons so that you simply can translate them to your local language.
What browsers are the Magento themes compatible with?
All our themes are tested thoroughly in all major browsers like Firefox 2.x, Firefox 3.x, Internet Explorer 7.x, Internet Explorer 8.x, Opera 9.x, Safari and Google Chrome
We have tried to make all our products work as best possible in IE6, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee a 100% pixel-perfect result. If you encounter any critical issues with one of our products using IE6 please let us know and we will try to take care of it.
What if I have a problem with downloading the templates?
When you choose a template from needecommerce.com it will download automatically to your computer. If you find that it's not downloading in spite of repeated attempts, please send a mail to support@needecommerce.com mentioning "template download problem" in the subject line and mention the template ID in the body of the mail. We will send the template across to you through e-mail or through FTP.
What browsers are compatible with the templates?
All our templates are hand crafted using HTML and CSS and are compatible with all major browsers including Internet Explorer 8+, Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera.
How long time will it take before I receive my products after purchase?
All purchases are normally instantly available for download, however in some rare occations manual verification might occur. We normally have staff online all day long, including weekends, so if you havent received your product within 12 hours please contact us. Remember to give us your order-number.
Do you offer refund in any way?
We have a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied.
What Payment-options do you offer?
We offer both general creditcard- and PayPal-payments. Our Credit Card payment is done through Paypal and CCAvenue, making it both secure and reliable. How do I get updates of the product?
If you're already a customer with us and want our latest update all you have to do is sending us an email with a copy of your order and we'll send the latest update.
Yes we do. However, if you want us to design a completely new Magento-template and your budget is $500 then we have to say no. We're pretty busy people and can only say yes to professional clients who has a certain budget to work with ($1500+). Our current hour-rate is $12 for both Magento-design and Magento-programming.
I have purchased one of your templates and want to customize it.
Changing the color-scheme, modifying the header and footer, and maybe moving some elements around would normally take a few hours. We charge a minimum of 10 hours so we recommend filling up at least that amount of time.
Can I change the colour and logo?
Yes, you can change some colours of the chosen template and add your business' logo. Simply tell us what your colour preferences are and supply us with a high resolution .JPG or .PNG version of your logo and we will do the needful.
You have full control over the images of the products you want to sell through your store through the Magento Admin Panel.
You can add unlimited number of products through the Magento Admin Panel. You can organize your products under various categories and keep adding products.
What if I want additional features?
We would recommend the custom package to pick and choose from available extensions to make your store perform better. However, if it is a completely new concept than what's available we suggest you go in for our Build from Scratch package.
We offer upto 90 days of support for bug fixes after the project goes live. If you require additional work to be done then it is chargeable additionally.
Do you offer hosting services?
We do not offer hosting ourselves but have tie-ups with a number of reputed server companies which provide top-notch hosting for the kind of servers that a Magento e-commerce store requires.
